NL1608H series CNC Lathe is designed as a double-coordinate lathe, with two axes moving simultaneously. with horizontal bed structure, "mountain-plain-mountain" type steel inlaid guide ways in longitudinal direction and rectangular compound guide ways in transversal direction, it features good dynamic performance, high rigidity, fluent chip removal, convenient operation and pleasant outlook. It's suitable for single-part, small-batch and medium-batch production as well as mass production of complex parts.
Horizontal flat bed structure, "mountain-plain-mountain" type steel inlaid guide ways, high rigidity and non-creeping; Double 45° Chip removal inclined plane, automatic chain chip conveyor, fluent chip removal; Frame-type semi-closed protection structure is easy to open; The machine is graceful in outlook, convenient in operation and reasonable in layout.
Longitudinal guide ways adopt "mountain-plain-mountain" format, which makes main cutting force distributed on guide way plane, no cutting vibration and high accuracy; Bed rib thicken design and optimization arrangement of reinforced ribs raise the rigidity and stability of the machine.
Spindle adopts three-point support structure, the front and middle one of which is the main support and the rear the assistant support. Optimization span design and high accuracy bearings ensure high rigidity and high accuracy of spindle. High quality FANUC α II spindle servo motor can realize stepless speed change ranging from 3.5r/min to 450r/min via two-stage mechanical speed change. Headstock speed change mechanism is controlled by hydraulic oil cylinder, which is convenient, safe and reliable.
Quill taper is metric 100. Tailstock body is positioned by stop pin and locked by lock mechanism to ensure fastness and reliability of machining process.
Four-station vertical electrical turret realizes automatic tool change.
X/Z-axis uses imported high precision ball screw that is preloaded when assembled driven by FANUC α I F AC servo motor. Positioning accuracy and repeatability are high.
FANUC 0I-TD CNC system and α I series AC servo motors with high performance and reliability are adopted.
High quality sealed linear encoder is optional to realize full closed-loop control and raise positioning accuracy and repeatability. Eight-station horizontal rotary turret is optional to enlarge machining range.
